  • Action-Over coverage involves excluding or including coverage on your general liability policy related to Third Party Action over suits, also typically injury to employees or sub-contractors. Most of the time, a policy will have an exclusion for both action over, and injury to, employees and independent contractors.

  • Professional liability (E&O) insurance from Eastern Classic Coverage helps protect your business if you made a mistake (error) or failed to perform a service (omission). Professional indemnity insurance, another name for professional liability (E&O) insurance, also covers the related defense costs, even from groundless claims.

Claims can include a genuine professional error, negligence, or an unfulfilled promise, even if you provide what one could classify as a professional service. If you advise clients, or if you’re bound by a contractual agreement, consider carrying professional liability (E&O) insurance.

  • The certificate is a one-page document declaring your coverages. It includes a description of coverage limits, the date the policy started, the date the policy expires, and additional insureds. Additional insureds are non-employee third parties, like independent contractors you might cover with your policy.

  • Most states realized many businesses use independent contractors to work around requirements, like covering them under Workers Comp. States addressed that by mandating coverage for independent contractors and anyone you pay wages.

However, you may not have to cover them if they are already covering themselves. Still, it is always good to ask our team for help navigating your local laws.

  • Bodily injury covers any damage incurred while at your establishment or while you're working at their home.

This aspect of insurance is designed to cover the injured party's medical expenses. It can also cover funeral expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, and legal expenses should the injured party choose to sue.

    • Electrical Failure: Certain types of electrical failure will not be covered by your EB insurance, though any electrical or electromagnetic energy that damages your equipment will be covered by EB Insurance.
    • Mechanical Breakdown: Mechanical breakdown of equipment are covered by EB Insurance, including any losses that have occurred due to mechanical failure.
    • Boiler Explosions: Boiler accidents and explosions are classed separately from simple mechanical failure, and there are still many factors at play: But generally, this should be covered under the terms of your EB Insurance.
  • Your policy covers your home and property for damage caused by things like wildfires, extreme weather, crime, and vandalism. It also protects you against legal claims for damage or injury you accidentally cause others.

Some insurance can coverage many things including collision and comprehensive coverage to Rental and towing coverage.

Even your Lender Approves….. Our Company Partners are already approved by all of the lenders.
